We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, here is how returns and exchanges work.
Window and condition
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging intact.
How to start
Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps.
Once we receive and inspect the item, exchanges are dispatched and refunds are processed to the original method (or as store credit for cash-on-delivery orders).
Exceptions
Made-to-measure and customised pieces, and items marked final sale, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
